I was going to say something, but I just couldn't figure out anything to say that wouldn't be taken the wrong way. So you get my no real comment comment.
My wife goes to the Chiropractor. If it is 3 times a week, it should get less after they fix your alignment.
That picture clearly shows what my wife calls "the knob" which is the part of the spine just between the shoulder blades that bumps out.
What in the world has he done to your boobs? I have an award over at my kitchen for you and thanks again for the one you gave me.

I'm with heathersister, I'll take some for you. I don't think I believe the boob thing though cause my back hurts all the time and I don't have much. I think its a conspiracy.
