I joined a gym and today is my first appointment with my new trainer, Pete. He's a Marine. I'm scared!! Pray for me and I will update you tomorrow.

I joined a gym 5 months ago and I love it. I only spent 1 hour with a trainer, though. I'm going to fix that soon.
Have fun and know every sore muscle will be so worth it!
